Tucked in Soi Sukhumvit, ICI has been churning out petite desserts for more than a year now. Residing in a bungalow, the cafe offers a cool and comfortable interior with blue and white tones. It is definitely one of the spots that you will need to visit with your girlfriends over the weekends! There are so many special desserts available, but let’s talk about the Christmas collection.
Kicking it off, you will need to check out Snow Globe. It has a Santa Claus figure right in the middle of the dessert. Made with chestnut cream, hibiscus gelee, vanilla chantilly, and soft cotton cake. Of course, the Santa Claus is formed with meringue! Next on the list, Petit Sapin, the Christmas tree cupcake is made out of vanilla cupcake, peach compote, peach sauce, matcha mousseline cream, and chocolate coating.
For a cosy night in with your girlfriends, Bonfire will do the trick! With hues of red flame, the one of kind treat fuses six components together. Have you seen a reindeer wearing a Santa hat before? Now, you have! Meet Rudolph, made with light caramel mousse, apple tatin, pear gelee, puff pastry, and blond chocolate. Apart from these, there are so many other choices to check out!
